Today Kluge Interactive have announced their well received (95% positive reviews on Steam) game Synth Riders is coming to Oculus Quest – and you don’t have a long wait either. The game will be dancing its way onto the Oculus Store on 31st October for the price of $16.99.

If you are not aware of what Synth Riders is, the name sort of gives it away. This is a VR rhythm game, which will have you using your full body and get a work out on the way, to the carefully crafted beat maps. This is done by taking the player on an immersive trip through music and will see you using your arms and dodging along a unique rail system.

As mentioned the game has been well received by the Steam community and build an active community of content creators, modders and mappers. Along with this in its early access stage the developers have been taking on people’s feedback, to give the players the best experience possible.

On the games progress in early access, Brian Elliott Tate, Community Manager at Kluge Interactive said;

It’s truly magical when the love for a game brings thousands of people together to form a community, then causes them to ask: “This is great, how can we contribute ourselves to make the game even better?” The Synth Riders community has spent countless hours pouring their hearts out in so many creative ways, and we can’t wait to see where it goes next.

The Oculus Quest version of Synth Riders will offer:
  • 30 varied songs and new top artists added regularly
  • 4 difficulty levels from Easy to Master
  • 7 diverse hand-designed environments with new ones coming soon
  • Varied game modes (regular, boxing, endurance, force)
  • Brand new Oculus Quest social integration
  • Official Beatmap Editor
  • Multiplayer and Global Leaderboards coming soon
  • Exclusive “Into the Void (Synth Riders Edit)” song by Celldweller

The team have also announced that the Steam version will see its full release, and leave early access on the same day.
